A team of seven trainers from The Beer Store came together on April 7th for a full day of drills and practice.

Their development priority was two-fold:

  1. Hone their skills in facilitating and moderating discussions. They practiced guiding participant conversations with empathic listening and powerful questions.
  2. Raise their game on delivering from the front of the room. They practiced teaching models, giving instructions, and debriefing outcomes.

The trainers in the room left it all on the field. Nice work. And… special thanks to Brodie Church who co-facilitated. Great job.
