How do you become a great facilitator? What qualities make up the “special sauce” that distinguishes the best from the rest?

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some seriously talented facilitators. These people have mastered the art of inspiration and the craft of leading change. I’ve learned something eye-opening, maybe even revolutionary, from each of them. What I’ve witnessed, again and again, is that their brilliance is as diverse”and colourful”as the qualities that make each of them unique.

#SHIFTsauce is a way of thanking my colleagues who have influenced”even shifted”my practice as a facilitator. It’s a collection of stories that share the secrets of their struggles and their successes. It’s about the impact of discovering our uniqueness and embracing that in our work.
